Insurance Coverage
Dr. Green can be designated as your primary care physician or as your specialist for insurance companies, depending on how we can best serve you.
Our office policy is to collect for services at the time of the visit for all out-of-state based insurances and for any patient that has not yet met their deductible. Please confirm with your insurance provider that naturopathic medicine is covered by your out of state plan. It is your responsibility to know if you have an unmet deductible.
Note: we collect for services at your visit until we have confirmation of coverage.
